Easy Journals is a London-based creative studio offering hands-on leather journal making workshops, private events, and custom journals. Our aim is to bring together likeminded people to create something completely personal and unique whilst connecting, creating and being present.

Our story

I’m Ellen, founder of Easy Journals. This all started in late 2025 when I began crafting my own leather journals inspired by Louise Carmen in Paris. I definitely have the “I can do it myself” gene, and when friends and family were just as obsessed as I was, I had to do something with it. I really love that you can completely customise and build these journals in a way that works for you and your systems — no two journals are the same!

So, I hosted a trial workshop day and not long after that Easy Journals was born! My aim is to create a fun, welcoming space for people to come together — whether solo, with a friend, or as a group — to get creative, share ideas, make connections, and leave with something completely personal and made for you.

The others in the class were super friendly and most in the same boat - do not let being on your own put you off!!
